Keiro Northwest offers a variety of culturally responsive programs and services that support older adults and families. We employ a multicultural staff and offer bilingual (Japanese-English) support and programming.

For nearly 50 years, Keiro Northwest has supported older adults through culturally responsive programs rooted in the Japanese American community. From familiar meals and traditions to meaningful social connection, our programs help people age with dignity while staying connected to their culture and community.

Nikkei Manor provides compassionate assisted living in a welcoming community. Residents enjoy personalized support, nutritious meals, engaging activities, and opportunities to remain connected to community while receiving the individualized care they need.

Learn More

Kokoro Kai offers a safe, enriching daytime program for older adults who benefit from social engagement, structured activities, and low-level support. The program also provides caregivers with valuable respite while their loved ones enjoy meaningful experiences in a culturally familiar environment. A meal and activity are provided. Kokoro Kai currently meets weekly on Monday and Wednesday.

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, giving a family caregiver a well-deserved break, or exploring assisted living before making a long-term decision, Nikkei Manor offers short-term respite stays in a comfortable and supportive setting. Guests receive the same quality care, meals, and activities as our residents while enjoying peace of mind during their stay. Respite Care is a service provided by Nikkei Manor Assisted Living.

Our Legacy Education Series provides free educational seminars designed to help older adults and families navigate important life decisions with confidence. Topics include estate planning, downsizing, financial wellness, end-of-life planning, and more. Please subscribe to our monthly newsletter and check out our calendar for revolving dates and topics. Legacy Education is currently offered free to the public on a quarterly schedule.
