Our volunteers allow Keiro Northwest to do so much more for the residents and participants than we ever could on our own. They serve in an endless variety of ways but have one trait in common: generosity that comes from a deep, compassionate sense of caring for the residents and participants of our programs.

Kokoro Kai and Life Enrichment Support
Build meaningful connections with Nikkei Manor residents and Kokoro Kai participants by serving meals, assisting with activities, accompanying outings, and supporting games, crafts, gentle exercise, and other culturally enriching programs. Volunteers help create a warm, engaging environment while providing valuable support to staff. Japanese language skills are welcome but not required.
Board Service
Help shape the future of Keiro Northwest by serving on our Board of Directors or a Board committee. Board members provide leadership, strategic guidance, and oversight while helping advance our mission and strengthen our impact in the community.
Share Your Talents
Inspire, educate and connect with our community by leading a workshop, giving a presentation or sharing a cultural tradition through our Legacy Education programming. Share your musical or other talents with residents, participants and community members.

Whether they are welcoming guests at community events, helping with fundraising, supporting programs, sharing talents, or lending a helping hand behind the scenes, their commitment makes our mission possible.
