“What if?…. The Conversation Before You Need it”

October 30 @ 1:30 pm 3:30 pm

Decisions are best made when you’re not in crisis or highly stressed.  This is particularly important when the decisions involve health, life and death.  Please join us to discuss making plans to ease the worries and concerns of your family and loved ones.

Topics include: navigating today’s complex medical systems, advance care directives, end of life planning, and communicating with family on these emotionally-charged issues.

Workshop facilitators Linda Brandeis and Louise Kato are both clinical social workers who will speak from their extensive medical social work experience working with patients and families.
