Your Loved One in Great Hands

COVID-19

The health and safety of our residents and staff is our top priority, along with transparent communication to our families and community.

Nikkei Manor continues to welcome new residents to our community.

In the waning days of the COVID-19 pandemic, Nikkei Manor still considers the health and safety of our residents, visitors, and staff a top priority. Federal, state, and local agencies are gradually lifting some of the controls and restrictions that we have closely observed for the past three years. However, COVID-19 is still out there and continues to be a public health concern.

A recent press release from WA State Department of Health (DOH) read:

“Effective April 3, residents, visitors, and workers in long term care will no longer be required to wear masks”.

Even though masks are no longer required in many places, the transmission rate of the virus is “substantial” in King County. DOH recommends that individuals continue to wear masks for added protection. When visiting healthcare facilities and senior living communities like Nikkei Manor, masks will still be required.

Rules & recommendations may change at any time. For the most up-to-date visitation and masking policies, please contact Nikkei Manor directly.
