Making friends as an older adult can be hard, but it’s even harder without repetition.

It’s hard to beat playing team sports with like-minded people who share similar abilities for thrills and camaraderie.

Another great idea is walking. Check out local parks for groups. If the weather is bad, consider joining a mall-walker group.
